This brochure presents the main findings of the stakeholder engagement and mapping process carried out under the SA RESILIENCE – Water for Fire project in the Shkumbin River Basin. It provides an overview of the project objectives, legal and policy framework, stakeholder analysis, and key findings from consultations and field visits conducted across six municipalities and three prefectures. The brochure highlights existing capacities, operational challenges, water availability for firefighting, and priority areas for strengthening wildfire preparedness, resilience, and inter-institutional cooperation.
