We are committed to establishing a central hub for water resources management, where experts, decision-makers, researchers, and water users can come together to exchange knowledge, access scientific research, and implement best practices. This hub will serve as a platform for training, networking, and data sharing, ensuring that the latest innovations in water efficiency, governance, and sustainability are widely available.
A key barrier to effective water management in Albania is the lack of expertise and technical skills among institutions, businesses, and communities. AWP works to close this gap by:

• Providing specialized training programs for local governments, water utilities, and environmental agencies to improve their capacity in water governance, infrastructure management, and policy implementation.
• Educating water users and communities on sustainable water use, pollution prevention, and the impacts of climate change.
• Facilitating research and knowledge-sharing between universities, scientific institutions, and industry experts to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Offering online and in-person learning resources to ensure that technical expertise and policy guidance are accessible across different sectors.
• Establish an information system and communication forums to ensure access to scientific research, data, and innovative solutions.
